Terms and Conditions for Charter Reservation and Purchase

1. Charter flights, compared to scheduled flights, are subject to more changes and in 1% of cases may not be usable. In such cases, and in the event of purchasing a replacement ticket, the full cost of the new ticket plus any price difference will be refunded to you by the charter provider. We make every effort to reduce this risk to zero.

2. If a charter flight is canceled and no replacement ticket is provided by the agency, the ticket amount will be fully refunded.

3. The price of a charter ticket for infants up to 2 years old is equal to 10% of the total adult ticket price and must be purchased at the airport.

4. The price of a charter ticket for children between 2 and 12 years old is equal to the adult ticket price.

1. Ticket purchase operations on the website are subject to the set of electronic commerce laws and regulations, and any violation will be subject to legal action. By purchasing a ticket online, the buyer undertakes that they are fully aware of all laws and regulations related to ticket purchase.

2. According to the regulations of the Civil Aviation Organization, responsibility for cancellation, delay, or early departure of the flight rests with the airline operating the flight.

3. When registering and reserving a ticket, the passenger’s name must be entered correctly in English letters. It is not possible to correct the passenger’s name after the final purchase of the ticket, and the website assumes no responsibility for information entered incorrectly. To correct the information, the passenger must cancel the ticket and repurchase it.

4. The purchased ticket belongs to the passenger whose details were entered in the system and is non-transferable. If the passenger’s name on the ticket does not match the identification card, the passenger will not be accepted.

5. Under Civil Aviation regulations, infant passengers are under two years old, child passengers are between two and twelve full years old, and adult passengers are over twelve years old. If the buyer is not careful and enters the wrong age category, boarding the aircraft will be denied. A child ticket cannot be purchased separately and independently from an adult ticket.

It should be noted that in regulated fare tickets, the ticket price for infant, child, and adult passengers is different, but in charter and non-refundable tickets, the child fare is equal to the adult fare.

6. After payment is completed and confirmed, the reservation and purchase become final, and ticket information is sent to the user by SMS and email. Upon arrival at the airport, for charter flights, presenting a printed copy of the ticket is required, and for scheduled flights, presenting the ticket number along with valid identification at the relevant airline counter is mandatory.

7. Any ticket cancellation by the passenger, in accordance with Civil Aviation regulations, is subject to a cancellation penalty. The amount of this penalty varies according to the cancellation rules of each airline. After the passenger requests a refund, the penalty amount is deducted from the ticket price and the remaining amount is refunded online to the passenger’s account. The refund period is subject to interbank regulations (between 24 and 72 hours). This does not apply to charter or non-refundable flights, and the full ticket price for such flights is charged in the event of cancellation.

8. Cancellation or a delay of more than two hours does not include a cancellation penalty. In this case, the passenger fills out the online refund request form without penalty.

9. It should be noted that if the outbound and return flights are operated by two different airlines, then in the event of cancellation of the outbound flight or the passenger’s refusal to fly due to a delay of more than two hours, the cancellation of the return flight may be subject to a cancellation penalty.
