Follow the step-by-step process to cancel your ticket and get a refund.

At the beginning, before doing anything, first log in to your account.

Enter your account information.

Click on Login to User Area and log in to your user area.

Select Ticket Cancellation from the menu on the right and select your ticket voucher number.

Click on Cancel and select the reason for your cancellation.

At the beginning, before anything else, start tracking purchases.

Enter your mobile number and voucher.

Click on Cancel and select the reason for your cancellation.

The refund amount will be returned to the passenger's account after 24 hours.
