Hotel Asia Tehran

Located on Jomhuri Street, near Baharestan Square, Asia Hotel is a popular choice for budget travelers with its affordable prices. This old hotel, with its simple 1970s architecture, offers 50 rooms of various sizes, all furnished with metal beds and clean linens. Shared bathrooms, located on each floor, are cleaned twice a day, although due to the building’s age, plumbing problems can sometimes occur.

The hotel’s small reception hall, which has been converted into a simple café, serves a simple breakfast of bread, cheese and tea. The hotel’s biggest advantage is its exceptional location – a five-minute walk from Baharestan Metro Station and close to many ministries and administrative centers. The hotel management, who have been in business in the area for over 20 years, provides good information about public transportation routes and cheap shopping malls in the area.

The price per night is about a quarter of the price of similar hotels in the city center. Although amenities are very limited and street noise can be annoying at times, the excellent access to the office centers and very reasonable price make it the first choice for many business travelers on a budget. Asia Hotel is more suitable for those who are looking for a cheap place to sleep and do not prioritize high standards of accommodation.
